Climate Scorecard Magazine
Introduction
For Climate Scorecard Magazine Issue #3, we asked our team to identify a person in their country with climate experience and expertise who has spoken or written about what it will take to reduce emissions to an acceptable level in their country and the world (i.e. how can we escape the current lull in efforts to reduce emissions in many countries). The person can be a scientist, a policy-maker, a political leader, or a researcher. We asked them to describe this person and their work, and provide a narrative that reflects their vision for what the world can do to address climate change. The table below provides a list of country experts. Short biographical profiles of each person on the list follows.
