Katherine is an industrial engineer, MBA and holds advanced studies in Sociology and has deep expertise in the maritime industry (12+years). Katherine developed over the last 4 years a passion for sustainability and ESG strategy topics, especially related to supply chain and transportation, supporting a great variety of clients in the industry itself but also energy, cargo owners, insurance and financing companies- at a top tier consulting company. She recently attended a 6 month executive course on Climate & Sustainability at Cambridge University.

Diana gained an interest in doing research surrounding the energy sector and how political actions within the industry play a role in the energy transition specifically within North and South America.
