Enhancing Required Joint Efforts on Climate Action Project (2017-2020) is an effort to bring together many different stakeholders to increase the environmental impact of their efforts. The goal of the Project is to mitigate the effects of climate change in Turkey. It is being implemented by The Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, with funding support from the European Union.

The center of the project is 38 grant projects which are being implemented by stakeholders such as municipalities, universities, and NGOs. These 38 projects can be examined in detail on the project website (www.iklimin.org/en). Some of them can be listed as: greening the climate—greening the local project, climate change and erosion awareness project, mitigation of climate change through sustainable management of agricultural biodiversity project (AgroCLIMA).
